DAMIAN NEWHART
Biography

Damian Newhart, D.D.S., has been practicing orthodontic dentistry for more than a decade. He attended Chapman University in Orange County for his undergraduate education. Academic excellence allowed for Dr. Newhart to complete his studies one year early. He relocated to San Francisco to attend the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry for his doctorate and to conduct research in the field of orthodontics.

He is honored with memberships in many professional academies including the American Orthodontic Society, The International Association of Orthodontics, the American Academy of Pain Management, and is a Diplomate of the College of Dentistry.

Dr. Newhart is an Elite Premier Provider of Invisalign®. This puts him in the top 1% of all doctors in the United States when it comes to treating patients with Invisalign®. His dedication to the technique and his clinical success has made him one of the country’s top providers for Invisalign®.

Dr. Newhart has special interest in children’s prevention and early intervention treatments. His dedication to screening children at an early age has allowed thousands of children to receive non-invasive treatments that provide little or no discomfort.

He is an ardent supporter of dental care awareness and education. He continues to further his own education by attending courses in temperomandibular joint disease and treatment, orthognathic surgery, biomechanical techniques and many other orthodontic related lectures.

Dr. Newhart lives in Newport Beach with his wife Kirsten and their three children Chloe, Sophie, and James.
